Post Stagecoach Detox Shake

After 3 days camping in Indio, celebrating Stagecoach with adult beverages and inhaling more dirt and dust than I am willing to share a detox was desperately needed.  Drink this every day, after a crazy weekend or when you are simply rundown.  



Post Stagecoach Detox Shake
1 small banana, or 1/2 a large banana
1 Persian cucumber (or regular cucumber, peeled)
1 1/2 c arugula
4 strawberries
1 pitted date
1/2 c ice
1/2-1 c soy, almond or rice milk 

Toss it all in a blender.  Simple, easy and healthy.



 It tastes better than it looks, I swear!
